This is mass air ECU from a '89 T-bird. Should I pass on it for my conversion? ($5.00) TIA------------------ God Bless Big Oil

I don't know if that computer will work properly for a Mustang. I'd be worried about the fuel calibration, engine spark timing, acceleration fuel, and all the parameters for fuel and spark management. If it were me, unless Ford said that computer is interchangeable, I'd stick with either the A9L or A9P computer for mass air. Stewart

It is for a V-6 and is calibrated as such. ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator/ non 65-66 Mustang owner sensitivity co-ordinator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member NHRA and IHRA SS/LA National Record Holder '00, '01, & '02 Fleet of FoMoCo products including 88 ASC McLaren Mustang #28 Part time secret agent license #0089 Professional Manwhore The Barry of BarrysGrrl
