Just had delivered to my house a set of sport mirrors I won on ebay for my Mustang. Mirror glass is good in both and the remote works very smoothly. Here's a pic. [This message has been edited by 69 Sportsroof (edited 07-10-2004).]

Do they have the right part # on theunderside of the base? Should start with a C9... If its D1..they are for 71-73 and won't fit the contour of your door skin. They look great, hope they fit! New repros are about $129 each, so I hope you got a decent deal as well! Scott

I've looked somewhat without much sucess, but do they make a sport mirror like those that will fit the 68's? They dont have to have the cable. I have always liked that style of mirror since I was a kid. I've seen recent posts about the stock mirror on the passenger side being next to worthless, but mine dont have one now. Even if I have to put them lower on the door, I would, just dont want them to look totally weird. Anyone got an idea or opinion?
