Probably not as permisive in my thinking as I thought........... But...have a question for parents of young girls.Seems to be the latest trend in low rider jeans. Like REAL low!!! LOL! Have noticed,(how could you not!} young hotties with a wisp or MORE of pubics peeking out from the waistband. Of course, they ALL have bare midriffs. Do they do this after leaving the house or do Mothers actually allow this??? Of course, it's common on the beach, here, for girls to let A LOT of pubics show what with thongs and all....but jeans....IN THE MALL??????????????? Come on! Have I really become a prude??? Get with it! LOL!!

Southern Florida (Miami, etc) seems to be pretty extreme when it comes to the party/sex scene. I don't believe most of the rest of the country is quite as 'loose' as your area... Of course, I could be proven wrong, but the Miami area seems to be known for that sort of thing.I would NOT want my daughter to grow up there!!!!! ------------------

Being the father of a "new" teenager, she just turned 13 last week, I cannot believe the girls I see at the mall, no way in HE** my daughter is going to dress that way.
I'm still safe for now, she is a little shy and doesn't try to draw attention to herself, I'm okay with that.  I'm sure my day is coming, I just hope her raising has been good enough to have her respect herself. ------------------

I'll 2nd that ! Pete, I don't think it's just you who finds it amazing that parents let their young girls dress that way. At my work I see why mom's let them dress that way, because most of those mom's are dressed the same way. So maybe it's a case of, do as I do, not as I say. I've never been a prude at all. But as late for some reason the older I get and or the older my kids get the more prudish I've become ?

It's the same up here, all the teenyboppers walking around in their 'f*ck me!' clothes. The local mall should ask for a cover charge.------------------
