Ngyen steals Tran's skateboard. As Ngyen skates away at 35 mph, Tran loads his 357 Magnum. If it takes Tran 20 seconds to load his Magnum, how far away will Ngyen be when he gets whacked?

Far enough to not get blood on Tran, yet still not far enough.

1026.66 Ft. awayHe's better off to go get a 300 mag. out of his dads closet to reach out that far. I'd say Ngyen is pretty safe. However we know he didn't start off at 35mph, there had to be some acceleration time in there. That's a whole different ball of wax.

20 seconds to load is WAY too much time. One bullitt is all he needs, 5 seconds and he's perforated. If he can't get him with one shot, he needs a SPEEDLOADER and some practice time at the range.
