yup.....

i am blessed......

boyfrinn has become the absolute definition of "grill-meister"..... dang!!! tonite he grilled some beeee-yoooo-teeee-fullll t-bone steaks for us.... and they were absolute perfection.....

he has re-written the recipe for great grilled barbeque chicken and has won many ~ahem~ gold medals and blue ribbons ( ) for his stove-top and oven delectibles..... heh heh heh.....

i just wanted to share.... those of you who know.... know i waited a really (really) long time for boyfrinn to move to NC...... and holy moly.... he has been here over two years yet it always seems as if he just got here yesterday...... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

i sometimes need to shout it out to the rest of the world that i am one happy-kat.....and this is the quietest way i know of to do such a thing!!!

thought i would offer up a topic for us GRRLS to get a little soft and blush a little in public..... heh heh.....

surely i am not the only one who is getting spoiled-stinkin-butt-rotten.... hahhahahaaaa

kk

You can all gag all you want (LOL) but I am a very very VERY lucky Grrl! Alex has many talents, MANY many talents and is most skilled in the kitchen.

I know how lucky I am to have such a wonderful, fun, caring guy! If you took away 2/3 of the wonderful things he does, I would still have more than enough to adore him about.

Steak - that man can cook a top notch steak on the grill or on the stove.
Deep fried - he can cook anything perfectly in a deep fryer, and believe me it's easy to mess some of that stuff up.
Pierogi - No matter how hard I try, mine never have the right bite like his do.

The list could go on and on. I spend all day long in restaurants with top chefs, but I love coming home to my baby's cooking!

And like I said before, that's just the beginning of his talents! There are other rooms in the house he can really cook in too!

Hey - did ya hear? My Alex is CHAMP!!!

Well, o.k....

I can't let ya'll outdo me here....

After a long hard day at work and then a nice workout at the gym, I came home to dinner tonight.

Hamburger Helper and canned green beans.

I was hungry. It was good.
