I always hear women say they love men who are "Sensitive".....yet since I've been a kid, it seems like the "Bad Boys", who stand their grrllls up, never show emotions etc...always made out the best....
Now I've led a pretty exciting "Manly" life, but consider myself "Sensitive" and am beginning to think, it leaves a guy pretty vulnerable, and may even get boring to the opposite sex....
Now I don't mean "WUSSY" sensitivity...I mean, not being afraid to open up, show your emotions etc....
But those guys that seem "Aloof" to everything must seem exciting (I guess).
What's the story here ??

I will respond to this Eddie.. Most grrls do tend to go for the Bad boys.. It's like the forbidden fruit. But as we get a little more experience, we realize they are not the ones we should be going after... Some of us take longer to learn this lesson... I always went for the bad boys when I was younger....well till I was 32 or so I guess....hehehehe....and could never figure out why it never worked out...DUH!!!! Adam is sensitive and caring but doesn't put up with my crap....I love that in a guy!!!  I think the allure of the aloof bad boy thing is just the fight to see if you can be the one that tames him and he falls madly in love with and changes for.....a total woman thing I think.... reality sets in eventually and you realize he is just a big jerk.....hehehehe. Ok I am gonna shut up now...... You are just perfect the way you are Eddy. Don't change that for anyone!!!

I'll never change PonyGirl....I have a side of me that women do try to tame..(honest).
But not to sound corny, I couldn't stand up a GUY I didn't like, let a lone a girl who was expecting to go out.
Plus I treat everyone the same...from the clean up man at Burger King to the CEO of Ford Motor Company...
And I think being aloof is boring....I like passion..(Not just talking about se**ual passion)..I mean passion...fire...being up front..showing the world you're alive...
And one more thing....common courtesy to everyone, from your lover to a total stranger...
As long as you get it back....But if I like you enough to show interest, you're going to know it..and if you show interest back, I'm going to make sure, that what you see is what you get...no BS...no phony macho bad boy stuff...just me.
But yes....I do need a little taming, and have been told so...but it's more of a lifestyle. Not the way I treat people..------------------

oh, yah....Eddie.....I guess little girls like bad boys....but I suppose the ideal boy for a grrl is a sensitive bad boy.....yah....both of best worlds, right???? O.K., maybe just a little badness when and where it counts!!! Yah....that's it!

I believe you are on to something there eddie.. That sounds like what i need to find in a man. Now what i really hate is the man who convinces you he's the sensitive one..write you poems, sends you cards, leaves messages 'just because i was thinking about you' and then he turns out to be the "Bad boy" jerk who dumps you hard... Men and women think differently and approach relationships differently, and that will always lead to conflict and confusion between the sexes. I guess the key is to find someone who accepts you for who you are, and do the same for them, and be honest. Also, nothing stays the same forever... things change, people change... how a couple handles that change will determine if the relationship survives or fails. As for the whole "sensitive" vs. "bad boy" thing... it really depends on the woman. I've known women who can't seem to break away from the bad boys, and others who wouldn't touch a guy with attitude with a 10 foot pole. A bit of bad is "good", but it doesn't take most women long to realize when there is too much bad and not enough good. I'm no angel, but I always treat a lady with respect, kindness and courtesy. In private I'm a big softy, and women seem to really respond to that. Being "bad" doesn't necessarily mean you treat people with disrespect, but mabye just not always follow the "rules". ------------------
