The other day i was tired and driving home from work and a bran newG35 infinity ( 350 Z look a like just less gaudy stuff) would not leave me a lone... He cut me off twice because i didn't want to play.... Finally we ended up at a light side by side... Not even close... I was expecting to get by butt whipped but, i ended up toying with him. i would pass him then let off and let him catch up then blow by.... This went on for a while and we ended up at another light and i gave him a jump on me.. I caught him in second and by third he was behind my rear bumper.. I thought those thing were supposed to be fast???? I don't think the 3.5 has much breath up high. The day we left Austin after the fun run I took a Maxima SE from 75 and up. I surely didn't smoke the guy but I pulled on him pretty good. I was just as shocked, afterall I was in the Focus and was about 100 HP shy of him. From a start I'd say it would be harder, I've driven a few of the new 3.5's and they get up and go down low. ------------------ 1996 Taurus SHO 55K mi-Rose Mist-minor mods 2002 SVT Focus #4,074 of 4,788-minor cosmetic and performance mods 1997 Thunderbird LX 42K mi-stock-needs a new home!
