Does anyone know which Ford product lines were assembled at the Kansas City plant in 1953 and 1954?

Hi, welcome to M&M. Can tell you straight up I don't have the slightest to be able to help you. But I know we've got a couple guys here who probably have the answer for you. Stick around, come introduce yourself in Sam's Place if you like.
