Yes...The GRANADA swap is best for pre-1957. Granada-Monarch-Maverick-Comet-Not Versailles
You may have to modify the outer tie rod end on the spindle.
-FATMAN FABRICATIONS- offers reworked GRANADA spindles (you supply cores) for eighty bucks that will bolt straight into your '56.
DO NOT (under any circumstances) pay attention to any text that suggests you convert to GM brakes.
