Anyone else collecting 1/32nd scale slot cars as well? Just noticed Autoart have started producing 2005 GT's in red or legend lime so I've put a red one on order [This message has been edited by mach1mike (edited 12-08-2005).]

Mike,I was into 1/32 pretty heavy for awhile but I had to take down my track. And a few other hobbies took its place. I still have all my stuff but it's gonna be awhile before I set up a track again. Fortunately a buddy of mine has a nice layout and we race every now and then. I have not seen the '05. I dont have any autoart cars. Are they any good? What other brand do they compare to? ------------------ Jeremy '68 Coupe M&M Member #685 Servin' the Lord in My Ford!!! http://www.geocities.com/bibbs76/MyMustang.html

Jeremy, The Autoart cars look to be the most detailed of all slot cars, they come with fully detailed interiors which includes a driver & a lady passenger, I guess the closest brand to them would be Scalextric as they're very good as well. I've bought two 2005 Autoart cars- one in redfire metallic the other in legend lime metallic. On the track they're pretty quick but not as quick as the Scalextric Sport Boss302's. Slot car racing is a great laugh especialy in our part of the world during the winter. Also its legal & safe to drive a slot car under the influence
