Theres a 1:12 scale kit by Doyusha thats a re-release of an Otaki kit, its not perfect but its pretty good,Arii did a nice 1:24 scale 71 Mach1 also.

MPC did a '71-'73 a few years back. Now that AMT owns all the MPC dies, it has been re-issued.

A while ago I picked up a Testors kit for a '71 Mach 1 at Walmart, like this one:
