Just got the kits I was posting about recently. The Falcon P/N 21442P is Phil Bonner's '65 Daddy Warbucks car. It is made from AMT's old tooling, and as I have an old kit that needs lots of restoring, this one is the same. It has the altered wheelbase, sparse interior, and an injected 427 Cammer. The tires are molded in plastic, so you'll want to add vinyl tires to it. The kit also has a paper inside to detail it exactly like the actual car. The box art shows an original 60's kit and it is more detailed than the kit inside.Pretty cool kit! The Comet P/N 21466P is a 66 I think. The body looks like a normal Comet, but the rear wheel openings are moved foreward. The body is hinged at the rear and lifts up like a Funny Car and the hood lifts off. A blown 427 Cammer is up front and the tires are vinyl on this one. Not sure how long the kits will be available, as the gent is a small manufacturer. Here is who to contact: David Burket 1032 Englemere Blvd. Toms River, NJ. 08757 E-Mail: [email protected] ebay user id: mkdaveb Call soon, don't know how long the run will be around. Steve

The Mercury Cyclone is a 67. The 65 A/FX Falcon total run is about 7000 kits. The company that released them is Model King.

Saw them at the Birmingham show this past weekend. I had planned on getting both but the price was a little hefty for me. Well, that and they would sit in a closet for who knows how long. LOL !I cannot figure out why he didn't do a little better on his box art. It left alot of room for improvement IMHO.

How much were they? I paid 12 dollars each buying from Model King. I agree about the box art, but it's good to have some old kits available again.

The cheapest they had was $18. The others were $20 and $22.
