Where would I find a shaker or Cobra Jet hood scoop for my 1/18 diecast '70 Mach 1?

Steve,
Give me the weekend to find my big box of "junked" 1:18 cars. I thought I knew where it was but I was wrong. That makes my wife right, in that I have too much stuff.

Wives always say that, even if you only have a rag and a broken stick.

Steve,

I found the cars but no spare hood scoop. I can make you an epoxy casting of the one I do have if you would like. The extra scoop I have is off of a 65 FB.

Do you have the mounting holes on the hood of your car?

No there are no holes. I think my car was a defected model that never had a scoop or stripe on it.

My brother was telling me there is a place that sells parts for these diecast cars.

There are some companies that sell 1/18 parts but I don't recall names right now. If your brother cant find them let me know and I will make you one.
