When building a kit that dosn't have chrome tips, and the pipes arn't quite long enough to come out under the bumper where you want, what do you use to make tips with?

Use part of the sprue that your parts came on. You can usually find an area that is the right size. And sometimes you get lucky and can use a piece off of the chrome parts tree. If not you can buy the chrome foil to fix it.
