Anyone else having a hard time finding Release 3 of the Johhny Lightning Mustang II sereis? If so, let us know. We can't find them here in Norfolk, but have found a hobby shop that can possibly order them for us. We may be able to get a deal if we have several others in on this. Just add your name to this post. Thanks.

Dave,
We haven't seen them in stores. We bought two sets from a toy dealer at a toy show.

I haven't seen them yet either. My local Hobby Lobby is usually the first to get the new stuff but they have so many on the pegs now I doubt they will bring any out of the stock room. I may check today though. I haven't been in a couple of weeks.

We gave up hunting around town for them and went ahead and ordered a set through, www.ediecast.com No fuss. No muss. They will be delivered to our front door today or tomorrow! Also ordered several other cars that we didn't have. They have free shipping on orders over $75.00.

Release three is here! Order the cars Tuesday night and now they are hanging on the wall, Friday evening. That is a very quick turn around for ediecast.com. If you haven't checked out the site yet, do so. You never know what you might find.

ARGHH! I'm still looking for them. I had no problem getting rel. 1 & 2. I have one of rel. 3 and have been looking long enough. Are they warming the pegs where you live? I would appreciate some help getting them.

OK,I'll see what I can find. The old men beat me to it first, usually. They do let them slip once in a while though. There is a guy who also does car shows and such. He is a little pricey, but he has alot of neat stuff. He sells them 5 for $24,with a pick from the unwanted box. He is hit or miss.

Jeremy,I haven't forgotten you! I looked in the stores and they're gone. There is a car show in a few weeks and the guy I mentioned might be there. He sells them 6 for $24,if you are interested.

Thanks for looking. I forgot I posted this. If the show isn't over, see if you can talk him into $20.

I've bought from him before, and he's a dealer so he doesn't budge. I may see him on Sunday.

I went to the show sunday, but it was a wash. There were very few vendors, and what they had was soaked or was junk.
