Do you just collect,or are you a builder? I have the Gas Rhonda T-Bolt from Revell a while back. [This message has been edited by MLariviere (edited 10-15-2003).]

A resin replica company called The Good Stuff makes a '66 longnose Mustang resin body. Or you kitbash two AMT "Street Freak" kits together. This kit has the correct rear wheel location already, Just splice the two front fenders together, just like Holman and Moody did.Tracy

The Flip nose Mustang was made by MPC in 84(P/N 1-0764) and re-released as a limited run by AMT/ERTL(P/N 38021) about a month ago. If you see one in a store, grab it! It was called "Pro Street Mustang" and from my research it is based on Ohio George Montgomery's 67/68 match racer. It has a blown dual quad 427 Cammer. George's car was injected & had the teardrop on the hood. The grill & lites look like a 65/66. I'm making one like George's car. AMT/ERTL made a kit called "Mustang Street Freak" and was an A/FX 66 Mustang{P/N 6016) in late 95 that was only available to members of their Blueprinter magazine. It was a re-release of an old kit from quite a while ago. It has the altered wheelbase, injected non blown Cammer, and normal type hood w/ teardrop. I saw one in 96 at E-Town swap meet and figured I'd get one at a store later. Big mistake. Bought it last year for 50 bucks. The Polar Lights Gas Ronda car is discontinued now, but they have a Blue Max 69 but it has a Hemi still avail. They also sell some NASCAR Talladega & Cyclone Spoiler kits that are 427 & Boss 429 powered.

Wow, I think I destroyed my dad's Gas Rhonda mustang models when I was like 10. they were funny cars, a cage frame and the body flipped up.
