Hey guys I've been on this site for a couple of years and never really noticed the model section.

I have always wanted a 1/8th scale 70 grande model, Does any one know if such a product exsists, maybe just a 70 coupe that I could portray as a grande?

Thanks for any comments
Rick

The only coupes I've seen are the 64.5-66 models. Give it time though. They are running out of versions of older cars. I saw a 1/18 '72 Vega today.

I watched one on ebay a while ago, I think it was a Monogram, but it went for $96.

Was it a coupe? There are companies that make resin bodies,it may be worth a look.

DOH! I know they are. I just haven't seen a model kit for a coupe,unless it was a 66.

In 1969 and 1970 Revell made coupes (Grande) and convertible Mustang kits.
A few years ago a friend used the MPC 1973 Cougar (roof and deck lid) to make a 1970 Mustang Grande from a Revell 1969 fastback.
