I just want to see a diecast promo. I've only seen the plastic promos made by AMT. I have looked ALL over eBay and I can't find it. How about a link or auction number? I only buy plastic kits.Tracy

That IS the plastic AMT made promo. That's the only promo manufacturer in the 60's. The kits were based on the promo molds, except the kits had opening hoods and were molded out of different plastic. The description that's posted must be in a different level because I searched for words that are in his description, but it never came up. This is one of those "hidden" auctions that are mis-labled and only found either by accident or searching every item in the category.Tracy

That is the ONLY promo made for the '64's. There was also a Hardtop, of course. And yes, most or these AMT promos in mint condition are worth at least $100. Some over $175.Tracy

http://www.modelcarkits.com/Click "online catalog", under select a group, select "old promos". These are graded from C1 (almost junk) to C10 (mint, perfect). Tracy
