I haven't been modeling in awhile and this weekend being bored i went and picked up a few.Anyway i saw that have come out with a 69 torino fastback model my question to all is..does anyone make a resin formal roof body or i am dreaming?I seen alot of neat resin stuff over the years but don't know where or who to see about it.

Back in 1968 and 1969 AMT made convertible and formal roof kits, along with the fastbacks. The convertible kits seem to be a little more common than the formal roofs. And I have seen some resin kits. The stuff IS out there.

Resin bodies aren't cheap though. I've seen them go for $30 plus.

$30 is high but to have a formal roof 69 fairlane done up like shelly's hotrod would be more then worth it,then all i have to do is find the right wheels....oh boy here we go!!!!!
