Not to be wise,but couldn't you just copy it,and print it on a mylar,or waterslide sheet?

I look at as how valuable is your time. Right now its cold and I?m cooped up in the house and would entertain your idea. On the other hand if it were above 60 degrees, then I would buy it if I needed it. Them kids get a lot more active when the temperature warms up!

I ran a thread a while back about this guy's site. He has a ton of decals for all kinds of cool models.
Check it out!! I ordered some and they are very complete, but haven't used them yet so can't attest to the quality.
