After have reading on this forum I now find myself looking at the diecast on ebay more than the cars. I don't know were I am going to put the cars I am starting to collect. Before anyone asks I have a thing for the 69 Mach 1's.Just got a St.Louis Cardinals 69 Boss that is also a bank. Guess I am going to have to put myself on a budget so I don't go over board. A gentleman who puts on car shows here is having a model car show in January for all us car show guys to break the winter blahs. These cars can only be models no diecast.------------------ http://a4.cpimg.com/image/62/FA/7197794-791e-00800034-.jpg

Every time we go to Wally World, Terri knows that I will be in the toy section looking at the diecast cars. It doesn't bother her one bit. She likes the fact that I'm chasing cars and not younger women. Dave & Terri ------------------ '65 Mustang Fastback '02 Explorer XLT I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it! We have enough youth, how about a fountain of smart?

Do you guys ever find the Hot Wheels "Treasure Hunt" or J/L "White Lightning" cars? I never do. I did go to a TRU once,it was the first Monday of the month, and they supposedly have new shipments of cars that day. There were a bunch of old men fighting over the cars, kinda like women at a flea market.

Mike, I have a buddy at work who gets up at 2AM to go find Treasure Hunts,He even has a network of workers at the stores who'll pre check the cartons before taking them out on the floor,he gives them $5 for a Treasure Hunt. Sad Huh BTW,he drive a ratted out Shadow that Chrysler won't claim and if he cleaned the boxes of Hot Wheels out he would get 5 more miles to the gallon!! sam

Sometimes I think I could have another musclecar with what I have invested in these. If my wife would let me.
