I have been reading the forum for a while and really like the model forum here. I went to a car show this summer and took a friends die cast for the model show which was really different. Well the question I have now is that I need a stripe for my 69 Mach1. Its a 1/18 scale and I had been looking for a while for a red car like the one in the garage. Well when I did find it the gentleman only had one left and it was the display model. Yes you guessed it I did get a nice discount BUT the stripe on the drivers door is messed up. So what I am asking for is a white center and gold out side drivers side door stripe. Anyone happen to have one? I would be in your debt if I can get one to make the car look like it should. It looks really good sitting on the breath of its big brother at the car shows.

I don't have any stripe kits to help you out. Have you checked out any local hobby shops or any hobby supply shops on line? Try www.hobbysurplus.com Hope this helps.  Dave & Terri ------------------

Sorry,Radrider,but all the stripes I have are 1/24-1/25. Look in the scale auto mags,some people do reproduce stripes and parts.
