There are a couple of companies making 71-73 mach 1's.
1.) 'Sunstar' makes a 1971 Mach-1 in red, white or blue with black stripes, hockey-sticks,and front and rear spoilers, with magnums and ram-air(351). Its a pretty good looking toy, and with just a little detailing, it looks almost perfect.
2.)'Ertl' makes a '73 mach 1 in white, pewter, blue, gold and red. these are with the raim-air hoods, but they appear to have 'Crager' S.S. mags on them! The white car also has avinyl roof!(?)
in addition to these, Ertl also has a yellow 'Gone in 60 seconds'(original)car availible-Eleanor! It is in pre-wrecked condition and has the correct flat hood with black paint, flat 'pie-plate' hubcaps, and it even has the correct( for the movie, anyway)'73 grille with the '71-71 front bumper!-Excellent job at paying attention to detail! Probably it was just a 'happy'accident.
Anyway, both of these cars can be viewed at'diecastmuscle.com' good luck!
