From Hemmings email:Jack Roush is one busy guy. He operates the largest NASCAR operation, does developmental work for untold clients and is back at it again with yet another new Mustang. At the 2006 SEMA show, Roush introduced what will be the first factory-built drag-race ready Mustang in nearly 30 years. The Roush Drag Pack Mustang is similar to the purpose-built 1969 and 1970 Super Cobra Jet cars that were an instant success in drag racing back in the day. The new Roush car will be a complete race car that you can buy at a dealership and drive to the track. The 2007 Drag Pack Mustang begins life and is similar to a Stage 3 Roush Mustang. Some of the heavy-duty parts include: an upgraded flywheel and clutch, one-piece driveshaft with safety loop, a polished 4.10 ring and pinion set, upgraded limited-slip differential, rear axle bracing, new lower control arm brackets, high-strength axle shafts and longer wheel studs. - By George Mattar ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '70 Mustang Convertible - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 XL
