Had a half-hour to kill the other day and happened to be driving past a Ford dealership, so I decided to take a peek at the 06 Mustangs out front.I was met, of course, by a salesperson who, in just a few minutes, revealed all she knows about the new Mustang: While looking at a V6 convertible, she says: "These things put out 500 horsepower. They just fly." I say: "Uh, this is a V6." She says: "Oh yeah, this is only 400 horsepower. The one over there (a GT) is the 500 horsepower car." I'm guessing all that "expertise" is why they put a $5,000 "market adjustment" on each of those cars.

They've dropped all the market adjustments around here. Doesn't take much of any work to get them at sticker now. It's amazing what BS sales people will come up with.
