What a nice piece!
Last night while returning from dinner, Beth and I spied one that just arrived at the local Michigan City FLM dealer.
Although this particular car was not a GT, it is a very nice well made car nevertheless.
The standard cloth seats have Mustang embroidered in them.
Very cool interior overall.

FYI, we saw that car Saturday night after the dealership closed.
It was sold and delivered by noon on Monday.

Whoa. Impressive.

I went out last week, and stopped at the Ford dealer in Annapolis. Since those two cute girls in that black '05 V6 told me they had some in, I made a stop by finally...there were a few more there now too. The girls told me they had the V6 they were driving, and a red GT.

Well, now, they have many V6s, a red GT, and last week, there was a black GT out on the front lawn by the road. Very nice. Another guy was looking it over too with one of the sales drones. After a few minutes of them staring at it, the drone said "So, you ready?" and the guy said "Yeah." And they headed towards the building. Wonder if he was buying it...

...AND, you gotta at least go for a ride in one.

Just stopped by the Annapolis dealer, and one of the younger sales guys took me out for a quick romp in one.

It's certainly nice. Held the road pretty well, had some good power, sounded very throaty for a stock GT (I can't get over how quiet a '99-'04 GT sounds now that I've got my Bassani cat-back)...even peeled some wheels WITH traction control on.

If I had an extra $28K lying around, I'd do it.

While cruising around today doing the obligatory shopping crap, I passed by my local Ford dealer.
There on one of those tilted ramps I spied a goreous '05 black GT that had Alex written all over it.
(droooool)

I agree. Some of the 05s that I've seen are pretty Plain Jane-ish and, frankly, not very interesting. Others that are dressed up a little definitely are eye-catching.

I've seen 2 so far, the GT in black, fully loaded, and a white 6 banger, stock. I guess it was a 6er, it only had 1 pipe out back. I see the new Saleen S-281 in the new M&F. Man, what a Car!!! You can be the proud owner of 1 with 500 horses for a mere 50k. I wouldn't hesitate a second if I had the cash .

They seem to be really selling well, so good that Ford has stepped up production numbers.
Fords projected sales for this year are 170,000, way up from last year.

I've been curious about that. Is there a place we can see what current production numbers are?

Yesterday I cruised through two Ford dealerships and there was only one Mustang between them, a Windveil blue V6, which was a strikingly beautiful car. I can't believe they only want $20k, it looks better than many cars costing $35k from the competition.
