If they'd just put a pushrod motor in this I would probably buy another new Mustang.

I used to think the same way but the 4.6 mod motor is on its way up especially if you are talking the 32 valve. It continues to pull where my 302 would give up. Also Check out SEMA's auto show at Las Vegas yesterday.....they have a 53 F100 with a 5.0 32 valve mod motor. This motor is sent to be a crate motor next year something like 11 to 1 compression. I think you might change your mind about the mod motors, at least I have.
