has anyone seen a lambo style door conversion for a mustang II?
I am in the process of getting mine back to road condition but I want to add a little something extra to bring it up to date. such as power windows, locks, AC, cd player and so on.
Any info would be wonderful.

Thanks to all who read and or reply

Just got the new Mustangs Unlimited mag and on page 222 they have lamborghini conversion kits that require no mods to doors. no paint required and seals as original . It says no permanent mod necessary. There for years 94-98, 99-04, and 05-06. You need to see which year doors are the same and you mite be able to do some minor mods to your mustang. Ask the tecs at Mustang Unlimited and they should know if this can work. The kits are not cheep at $1999.00 . Check it out.

I have seen several on the net for the newer carsbut no clasics. I know it would be a MAJOR undertaking money wise but I cant think of a thing that would make the car stand out more at a car show then that. especialy since they have the straght back doors without that bar going around the window. I have seen some kits for as low as $500 but I would almost be scared to put a cheep one on there.

Thanks for the reply.

A guy over at II.net is putting a set on one of the Handlers he's got. His username is NorthWestMustang if you want to try and get ahold of him and see what he's using.

I truly hope it's not one of the "original" Handlers....
