I originally bought the 77 Cobra II we have as a parts car for another project. Then I got it home and found out that it was a real V8 Cobra (totally straight and rust free)I decided to put it together and make a few bucks when I sold it. I've always been more partial to the Coupes, and the one I'm building for myself is just about done. (There's pictres of both cars in my gallery)

The other day my wife and I were talking about the work that would eventually need to be done on her car (90 Chrysler Le Baron rag top) It's not in too bad shape, but definatly needs paint and has pretty high milage. I said it's too bad she wanted a convertable, otherwise we'd keep the Cobra (which she also really likes driving).

She told me if the Cobra had AC and a better stero she'd rather have it than the rag top. I bought the stero and speakers yesterday, (I already have a complete factory AC setup from another car I parted). The Le Baron should go away shortly, I don't know who's happier her or me.

Yeah, I did, but I thought $45. was a little high (apparently so did a lot of people as it's still there).

BTW, I started to install the stero in the Cobra to include new door speakers and wiring. After I got the kick pannels off, I figured I might as well go ahead and install the under dash unit of the AC. With any luck that part should be done in the next couple of days (new work schedual or it would be done today). It should start to cool off soon and she can start driving it and I'll do the under the hood stuff over the winter.
