Started the Cobra for the first time last Sat.But now I can not set the timing because of everything in the road. Can't see the timing pointer because of the lower radiator hose, power steering pump, and A/C compressor. Also I am showing no oil pressure at all on the new gauge I got.But there is oil pressure.I took the line off the block and oil shot out of the block, plus I have ran the engine well over an hour so if there was no oil pressure I would have serious problems by now.Right now I have the timing set where when the engine is warm,190 degrees it will start by just hitting the starter with out pressing the gas pedal or anything ,am I close?

You could use the old fashioned 'keep advancing until it pings then back it off a tad.' Very scientific. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Please remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, Osborn Reproductions, MyFordPerformance.com, and FordRamAir.com
