Were there changes in the balance weights over the years? Have a 87 Turbo Coupe motor I want to run a c4 behind. Want to know what year flex plates will work? Thanks! Roger

Oh gosh, I don't know if it applies to the 4 cylinders...but I seem to remember hearing the V8 debacle of early vs. late. The V8s in the IIs had a 28 oz balanced plate, and after '79 or so, they were 50 oz. But that's for the 5.0s.------------------ Frank S.----MCA Member 40390 '99 Mustang coupe '77 Ghia--"II Good" '76 Cobra--project
