Hello there. My name is Robert and I have a problem!

I was driving my car the other day and did see a Mustang II in the woods and I am trying to identifie the year of make and modle.....
I have looked at many pictures on the internet but have faild to exactly find it...
Follow this link http://w1.921.telia.com/~u92113611/78coupe.bmp to se a picture of an 78 Coupe and it looks much like it but there is a big difference.
The place to fill up gas is on right side as show'n on the pic(A) and way back....
It even seems as it has a shorter tail than the coupe.
Ther is no caracteristic Mustang shape on the doors (B) so it don't make no sense.
It has the same instrumentals and same rear lamps, the doorsides and backseat is white and the backseat covers the tunnle. It has two sunnroofs that can be opend idividually( probably not original )

Can you make heads or tails of my problem.
Many Regards
Robert From Sweden

Welcome to M&M, Robert!

Steve, go to this link and then click on the 78Coupe.bmp file.

Possibly a T5??? Did they continue to make the T5 in 1974-78?

Thank you for your replyes.... and for the correction to view the picture. I have looked at a T5 but it don't look at all like that. It has the same front and rear as the coupe and it has a "Mustang II" sign abow the gloveconpartment.... only thing that's not right is gaslid place and maby shorter tail. as show'n on pic....

Regards

Hmmm, still can't see it. Just a mile long string of letters and numbers.

I'd guess Vega or Monza with T-Tops...or a Mustang II that's been modified a bit.

Hello all.....

If you read the first post you'll find that it is a coupe but it is "NOT" that car I am talking about. I have only copy it and write some in black to show you what I mean.
On the Coupe on the picture the tanklid is on the left side..... But on the car that I did se in the woods, the tanklid was on the right side.... Otherwise it has the same front and rear as the Coupe......

Regards
Robert
