Quick question...can the front brake assy. forma Granada work on a MII? I was told I could just basically take the front spindle assy. off the Granada and install it on an MII. and I would have to change the ball joints and thats all.. Sounds way to easy so I'm asking the experts who have dealt with these things more than I.

It's not totally untrue...the rotors from a Granada fit right on the Mustang II spindle. The brakes require an adapter and usually use GM calipers.
