I have been looking in the M&M bookstore for a good book on how to do bodywork on my 68. Diagrams with part names, some instruction etc. I need to replace 1/4's, fenders, trunk, hood, inner fenders, rockers.Any suggestions? Thanks Gregg ------------------ 68 coupe, red on black. http://mustangsandmore.50megs.com/MembersPics/kinger44.html

Hey Gregg,The best source that I have found is the internet and the magazines. Here are some links that I have that seem to be pretty good. Quarter repairs: http://www.mustangmonthly.com/howto/26739/ Pretty intense resto, with tons of pics: http://together.net/~manycj/69Mustang.htm Floorpan: http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Downs/8586/floorpan.html Pretty detailed structural resto by a pro...Most folks would have walked away from this one: http://www.karmustang.com/convertible_restoration.php Core support and aprons: http://www.mustangmonthly.com/projectbuild/41399/ The Ford assembly manuals help a bunch too. I think you can get these from the bookstore. Hope this helps, Rick

Greg, Order a full set of Jim Osborne manuals. Lots of detail and good information. National Parts Depot carries them. Dave & Terri ------------------ '65 Mustang Fastback '66 Mustang Coupe '02 Explorer XLT Common sense isn't common anymore.
