It is 56" of HD, DLP Toshiba goodness . It is amazing how many digital channels there are that just come over the air! It is actually the best HD you can get since cable and satelite both compress then upconvert their HD signal. It goes perfect with my Onkyo surrond sound. I'm watching the OU/Nebraska game in HD right now and am still deciding what DVD to watch tonight on my upconverting DVD player (no, I didnt buy a bluray player lol ).

Okay, I'm jealous. Sometimes I wish my old Sony would just die so I'd have an excuse to get a new-fangled tube!

Ahh I'm envious! I've been looking at TV's for quite a while now; ever since I went over to a friends house and saw he has an 82in rear projection TV; really just makes my lil 36' seem tiny as ever. Just the cost I can't fathom yet. Maybe one day.

You'll never want to leave the house now.LOL.
Amazing how clear the picture is in HD.Sure makes movies and sports much better to watch.
My wife and I decided to buy a home theater system a few weeks ago.We went with the 58" Panasonic plasma tv,Denon electronics and Klipsch speakers. After doing the inital channel scan we picked up at least 25 to 30 additional channels....all in HD.Most of the channels are free pay per view and on demand movies.
Enjoy your new toy!!!
