Most of the speeds reading are off, dont pay much attention to them, just use them as a general guide.

But if your crankin a 16 pound ball almost 20 mph your one hell of a Man

I roll between 13.5 and 15 depending on what the lane conditions call for.

A lot of factors go into what ball speed you should be using. What type of ball are you using?? What type of lane conditions are you bowling on???

I use a Storm X Factor Ace and depending on the shot and lane conditions, this will dictate what ball speed I use. I'm more of a finess bowler compared to others that depend on brute force. Consistancey also plays a major factor in the equations.

Bowl what you are comfortable with and just have fun. As Sam had said before, you will always get your ball back and there will always be ten more pins.

well i have 3 diff balls one is a Brunswick Goliath 16lbs thats my main ball and my spare ball it a Ebonite Stinger 15lbs my last space ball is a old Brunswick Rhino that i just use for the 10 pin leave but... if i slow them down they hook way to much esp the Goliath i guess i just need to change the way i throw so that im not as tired in the last game...
