Now this may not be on intrest to many of y'all but we just had a 10 of our top company officals over in Shanghai,and I know at least half of them just had to try is Chinese Eatery Sold Donkey in Tiger Urine Sep 08 9:50 AM US/Eastern SHANGHAI, China A restaurant in northeastern China that advertised illegal tiger meat dishes was found instead to be selling donkey flesh _ marinated in tiger urine, a newspaper reported Thursday.
The Hufulou restaurant, located beside the Heidaohezi tiger reserve near the city of Hailin, had advertised stir-fried tiger meat with chilies for $98as well as liquor flavored with tiger bone for $74 a bottle, the China Daily reported. http://www.breitbart.com/news/2005/09/08/D8CG43A01.html

I checked my laptop, and sorry to say: Nope, Sysco doesn't carry Tiger (stew meat, ribs, tenders or anything), Donkey meat or tiger urine, so it may be difficult to replicate this delicacy here in the states. But, then again, who would WANT to!?!?!?!?!?!YUK!!!!!!! Have a nice dinner everyone. Gosh Sam, where do you come up with this stuff? I had monkey ball soup in Thailand during my military days, of course it was unknown to me at the time, thought it was just some sort of meat ball soup. (Cough, cough)------------------ reliving youth
