just got back from atco raceway. what a blast gotta love those sub 9 second cars damn they are fast. it did rain in the morning but around 12 the sun showed up and made it an enjoyable day. anybody else go? only saw a few fords, galixies mustangs mavericks. and i think that was it.------------------

You've got to be kidding, right??? I wanted to go but it rained all day and all night in my area. I stayed home and fixed my lawn tractor instead...------------------

Ray you were there did you bring your car? did you race or watch or what? i was helping my uncle in the staging lanes before i felt for work.nope not kidding. at 8 oclock they said we were having it. so we all stood around and the opened the gates at 9 i think and people were pulling in. probably about 10 cars. then all the sudden right before it stoppped raining everyone came. then it stopped raining around10:30. the guy was gonna charge them for the jet dryer (1000 bucks an hour) but he waived the fee. which was cool. im gonna say maybe 75 cars came to race. there were like 10 cars for the show when i was over there and like 15 flee market venders. i had a blast. standing next to the wtaer box watching them do the burnouts. ------------------

It was still raining like a mist and soaking wet around my house at 10am. I decided to just drive down as a spectator. Here are pictures of the event!!!
