Not so much of a Rudd fan as I chose to support the car/team over a driver. I have only been following NASCAR from about mid season last year. Rudd drove for Havoline and I thought Tide before. Can't recall if it was his first race or last race won was at Riverside International. In March of 1975, the 18-year-old Rudd entered NASCAR?s Winston Cup Grand National race at Rockingham in a car owned by Bill Champion. When he lined up for the start, the total of Rudd?s experience in a stock car was but a few practice laps before the race. He crossed the finish line in 11th place. ------------------ -1974 351w Block Bored .30-1969 351w Heads Fully Ported -Custom made Ford 9" with 3" Axle Tubes-28 Detroit Locker-3.73 Gears-Shelby Traction Bars Pics Michael

I had thought of backing a driver but thinking about it what do you do when they change cars/teams? If you put a car# sticker on your car, or buy the coat and they change car do you scrape change the sticker, replace everything else? What about when your Ford Driver ends up in a bow tie? I just liked that it is a Ford and proudly states Motorcraft. Even if things haven't been great as of late. 21 has been there and will again.------------------ -1974 351w Block Bored .30-1969 351w Heads Fully Ported -Custom made Ford 9" with 3" Axle Tubes-28 Detroit Locker-3.73 Gears-Shelby Traction Bars Pics Michael
