it's that time of year again! We have 'em so big,we could do oil changes in them! The roads are really bad up here this year. Now with the heavy rains and quick freezeat night/thaw in the daytime we are losing roads everywhere. There is a route to Sanford frome here {111} that had a skim coat done last year. Three fourths of it in sections is gone! They may as well get the plows out and finish the rest off.

Some assembly required.

you're not kidding!! The potholes are sooo bad on rt.80 that the two front rims on my 6 month old car are bent! I don't even want to know what this is gonna cost - I'm so tempted to send the state the bill.

We complain about the roads here too. But the grass is greener up here. Case in point, picked up a parts car in PA a few weeks ago. Went down 219 from Buffalo and MAN, are sections of it brutal I-90 and I-190 not much better....thought the car was going to fly of the trailer. Almost needed a kidney belt.....yee haaa! Crossed the border at the Falls and it felt like driving on glass.

Talking about bad roads, my wife's mother lives on a gravel road that get so bad in the spring that the last time we visited this time of the year we sunk in the mud so deep you could feel the floorboards scraping the ground.

We don't visit her much this time of the year...
