This is actually pretty cool..Now that the US Postal Service is into Marketing,, the local Post Office approached me about doing a couple of things in Recognition of the Wells Fun Run.. They want to do a "Cancellation Stamp" and an "Official WFR Event Envelope" to help promote our show.. To make a long story short.. They wanted a car for the Stamp,, and since I am helping them with the design,, I volunteered 6T6 as the Postal Child.. Its just a simple design,, but its kinda cool They are going to put out a Collector Teddy Bear with the Stamp Printed to Bears Chest.. The envelope will be taken from the design we put on this years WFR FLYERS.. And,, it just happens to have a Big D Flame on it.. J It will looking something like this..

Had to paste the URL to see. Although they show in the reply?? Always great when your appreciated and do such good work. Plus a nice car to show. I know I would send myself stuff just to get the stamp, unless they will let you have it when they are finished. ------------------ -1974 351w Block Bored .30-1969 351w Heads Fully Ported -Custom made Ford 9" with 3" Axle Tubes-28 Detroit Locker-3.73 Gears-Shelby Traction Bars Pics Michael

Beth,, I never thought of that.. Maybe I can get them to give some sort of ID that shows Don McDonald is Officially "US Government Approved & Certified".. Hell,, it sounds like we're talk about BEEF.. [This message has been edited by Big D (edited 03-28-2005).]
