Well if they claim it is a painful way to die, then I believe them and it should be stopped. Now what did we do with all those ropes?Personally? I think the guy with half his tally-wacker from the other post should be our first test subject  ------------------

Here In Walla Walla. Lethal Injection comes standard with the Death Row Package, The Rope is optional.
