While sitting at your desk make clockwise circles with your right foot.
While doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. What direction is your foot going now?

I must be different....it works for me, and in an unusual way:While moving my right foot clockwise and drawing a 6 in the air with my right hand, in my mind I am visualizing a figure 8. I don't understand it, but that is what popped into my mind when I started it, and by concentrating on the 8 in my mind, I can successfully do the other 2 things at the same time.

OK so I tried it.I can draw a six, and my foot keeps going clockwise. So I don't get the point
