I don't know what took me so long to get them up but here they are. Everything is original but the wheels, even the paint. (don't know how long it will stay that way though ) http://mustangsandmore.50megs.com/MembersPics/grandestang.html Paul ------------------ 1970 Grande H code 351W FMX

Hows the first semester over at Purdue? And are you going to bring that car down here sometime? Thats a really cool car, you would stand out from the local cruise crowd next summer with that. Anyway I hope you like Lafayette so far. ------------------ '68 coupe 289 C code 66 heads, edel 600cfm carb, performer intake, dual exhaust

I love it here at Purdue Phil! Only thing is, engineering is really tough and takes up all of my time. Thats what I came here to do though, and thats what I'm going to finish. Freshman can't have parking, so the stang will have to wait until next year to come down here. Hopefully then it will look better than it does now. By the way, there are way too many chebbies down here in Indiana (i.e. craparos). Definetly will have to work on that Paul

Certainly some interior pics, its got the comforweave houndstouth, I hardly ever see it. But as for the engine, it is far from being detailed... maybe some of those in a year or so. Paul

Grandestang, I have a degree in Engineering, all I can say is hang in there. it does wear you out sometimes, but dont sacrifice your social life for a high GPA. I got a mediocre grade after partying hard but got snapped up by the second company to interview me after graduation. Hopefully you will land a job that allows you to practice your passion at work like a automotive or engine company. Since you are at Purdue you could apply for an internship here at Caterpillar for example. If you think a 514 big block is big you should come and work here.I cant publicly offer alcohol to minors or whatever but you could come on over sometime and talk mustangs, shoot the ****, show me up with your engineering skills. I live near Target on the east side, email me if you want the address/number and of course if you need any help with anything I would be glad to help a fellow M&Mer. ------------------ '68 coupe 289 C code 66 heads, edel 600cfm carb, performer intake, dual exhaust

Indyphil, that sounds great we'll definetly have to meet up sometime. I'm at home visiting back in chicago right now, and I'm enjoying everyminute I can spend with my stang before I go back. Oh and don't worry about me overstudying I'm pledging at a fraternity and that keeps me plenty occupied on the weekends But school does come first! Thanks for the compliments everyone else, it really does mean alot to me as this car is what I put most of my time and money into. It is very sentimental as well as I bought the car from my great grandparents who had the car made for them in 1970! My great grandpa was a real cool guy The car will never leave the family.Paul ------------------ 1970 Grande H code 351W FMX
