I will be in the Explorer, since I am taking the long way to Lakehurst, New Jersey. I will be shopping for some parts for the Stang. Mostly looking for an 8" third member in the 3.55 range. Also looking forward to meeting up with several M&M Members. Dave & Terri ------------------ '65 Mustang Fastback '02 Explorer XLT I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it! Pretty much what Eddie said...pick up I83 north to the PA Turnpike...then go about 20 miles to exit 16 onto Rt. 11. Follow that to the fairgrounds.Have 65 cents ready for the turnpike toll between getting off 83 and jumping into Carlisle. Also be prepared to sit for a while on Rt. 11 into the fairgrounds. As you can imagine, everybody and their brother wants to go too, so the 3 or so miles between the exit off the turnpike and the fairgrounds is usually backed up (and then some!) whenever I arrive. And I typically roll in between 8:30 and 9 am. I make decent time for a 120-mile trip, but those last 3 miles could take upwards of half an hour. Parking fees are typically $5. There are the occasional "gougers" who pawn out their front yards and charge $15, sometimes up to $25 to park. But those guys are right across from the grounds. The elementary school nearby has a good sized field that a lot of people park in. And you only walk a couple hundred feet to the gate. ------------------ Frank S.----MCA Member 40390 '99 Mustang coupe '77 Ghia--"II Good" '76 Cobra--project [This message has been edited by IIGood (edited 05-13-2003).]

Dave, if you're coming from Lakehurst, take the Jersey Tpk to the Pa TPK (that's the beginning of the Pa Tpk)...that'll be a Loooong straight run in PA to exit 16, probably about 160 miles. Think the NJ TPK to PA tpk is exit #6 (Jersey Tpk) but check on that. Bring cash....more bartering than a market place in Baghdad... ------------------ EDDIE D Resto Mod '70 Sport Roof Arrest Me Red 13.1 @ 107 ON STREET TIRES (Maple Grove) '02 GT, Torch Red '66 Coupe Project, "Mustang Marauder. Great information Frank and Eddie. Actually Eddie, I'm comming from Norfolk to Carlisle then on to Lakehurst. Should be a pretty good trip. Terri really wants me to go. The question is, how much is she going to let me spend??? Dave & Terri ------------------ '65 Mustang Fastback '02 Explorer XLT I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it! Dave, I got my gears there last year...and I'll tell you, they were scarce !!! They had a lot of open rears but not many T'Loc's. As we get closer to the show I'll post my apparel (tshirts & hats) that I'll be wearing Saturday and Sunday to help people say..."theres that dummy". Is there somewhere at the show all of us could all meet ?? ------------------ Conciousness - that annoying time between naps. I'm still a go. Typically, they have the give away and show ('05 Mustang!!!) cars on display in front of a big grand stand. The grand stands also have quite a few food vendors around them. It makes for a convenient location to meet up. The grand stands are typically not overly crowded, but you never know. I vote that we meet at the upper right (if you are facing the grand stand) corner just to be sure.I'm planning on wearing a white Mustang T-shirt, and probably a Georgia Tech baseball hat (dark blue). I'm a 35 year old blond dude...6'1" 225 lb. Hard to miss!! Dave

I will have on a very bright green Pensacola Show shirt with "Staff" on the front pocket. 6', 225ish, glasses. 11 a.m. at the right hand corner of the grand stands on Saturday.
