Warning - Sam calls Florida for directions to hotels in Charlotte, NORTH CAROLINA!Come on guys, speak right on up! Sam chose this show since several of us M&Mers live in this area. It's MCT's biggest show of the year (we host four shows annually) and we would love to have as many of you guys and grrls here as possible. We get this big field at Chesapeake City Park and have one row devoted to nothing but 1st generation 'stangs, the next row gets the bigger and big fat Mustangs and we throw the Fox bodies in there too. The third row gets the SN95s (a whole herd of them), then we start on the other Fords. After a few rows of Fords, we finally let the other makes park. Last (and maybe least) are the boom-boom cars so we don't have to listen to their steros thumping all day long. We have goody bags, raffle prizes and sell food and drinks at this show. We also have vendors and last year we had a dyno. It is usually hot as hell, but we rent a shelter and there are trees right across the road for relief from the unrelenting sun. Come on down, up or across and join us. Carole ------------------ 66 Coupe, Arcadian Blue with standard blue interior C-code "Miss Stang" alias "Miss Cranky" 99 Coupe, Crystal White, palamino interior, with 35th anniversary badging and stripes, 3.8 liter, daily driver "Anni" MCA #45106 M&M #501 - got those 501 blues Vice-president Mustang Club of Tidewater 2001, 2002 & 2003 https://mustangsandmore.com/ubb/ctastang.html

We could do two cruise-ins. Jenro's (Haygood Shopping Center on Independence Blvd.) is the Car Club Council "official" cruise-in. The two places are only about a mile apart.Carole

I will mark the date and see if we can make it. Just have a lot going on with a son expecting his first child in Calif in a few weeks. We may be around or may be on the left coast, just dont know right now. By the way I live in Chesterfield Count near Richmond in the town of Chester, we are about 2 hrs from Norfolk area.------------------ Scott Akom 65 Coupe (Modified) 68 Coupe (Son's) 2000 GT Conv. I'll be there IF (BIG IF) Verizon doesn't have a strike. If thre is a strike I'll be in the office 12 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week on "strike duty" until the strike is settled. If there's no strike, look for "lonesome George" in a silver '56 Porsche Carrera Speedster (replica).

~ummmm, you know that sounds like so much fun!!! Geez, though with my work schedule it's just kinda crazy these days. Sometimes we don't know until the week before what our schedule will be and I am not guaranteed saturdays off. However, we have been putting lots and lots and lots of mandatory overtime and have been promised that our schedules will get posted a bit earlier now..... hummmmmmmm.......might have to consider it.......
