Update:Well as some of you know, my dear wife went through Lasik recently. The surgeon removed the protective contact from one eye flap that had soft cells last week. Soft cells will slow down the healing process. To add to her soft cell problem, her flap developed wrinkles, thus hampering her vision. More so her far vision then close up.
Her vacation ended last week and it was back to work. I won't permit her to drive in the condition she's in. Being the good husband, I now get up in the morning to drive her to work. Every 3:00 blessed am in the morning less two days off. Then I go and pick her up around noon. All I can say is "Boy, am I worned out". She been doing the same schedule for the past 18 years. Now, I need to accommodate her schedule. For how long? I don't know. I do know this. I won't let her drive until she is able to regain her vision to read overpass signs before she is on top of them.
The eye center, where she had the procedure done, says this is normal for a person with soft cells to go through. It just takes time.
