could any of you scan in the page(s) that deal with removing and installing the headlight switch on a '65 Mustang......?
Also, any other pages that might be of assistance with pulling out the Underdash Wiring harness.....?

(I really only need the headlight ones because I dont want to cut the dash to pull the old switch out )

thanks again, ahve a good one!

Well, I haven't looked at the switch in my '65 yet, but if it's like all the other Ford switched here goes:

Look on top of the switch for a small button. Pull the knob all the way out and then push the button down. You can then pull the knob all the way out. Then you should be able to figure the rest out. There should be a bezel on the front that will unscrew and the switch will come out the back.

it's not hard, i just did it on my car not too long ago. If it's like my 66 here's the setup.

Reach under the dash for a small button on the underside of the switch. Push the button and pull the knob all the way out It should be on a long square post. When you have that out if you don't have the right tool (I didn't) take a screwdriver and unscrew the front bezel. Once you get that off you can reach back and pull the wire harness off the top of the switch and you're done. I found it helps to have the instrument cluster loose. Hope this helps.
