Since I will be dropping my dial-up ISP in a few days, I've been trying to find a free ISP as a back up in case I need one, and to use my lap top with.But of the free sites I've been looking at, none have local access numbers for me. It seems none use 800 numbers. Looks like I'll have to sell my lap top, since without a web connection it's pretty uselss to me. ------------------
