Check out this T-Bird the shop that's doing my Mach is restoring. They are restoring it for a guy that doesn't care how much it will cost, and are hand making much of the sheetmetal. This thing makes my convertible look mint! ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '70 Mustang Convertible - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 XL

Man, they have some nice cars in that shop. Many 55-7 T-Birds needed rocker panels when they were 3 years old...in salty Chicago. As bad as it looks, it's still a beauty! What's the deal with what looks like a 34 roadster, in the background? For a tight shop, it still looks clean. Impressed!

That's another one of the works in progress I forgot to ask about. It appears to have a hard top they are building for it. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '70 Mustang Convertible - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 XL

looks like your car is in good hands, they seem to know what they are doing and by the looks of the cars they seem to really take pride in their work.------------------ JOHN 65 FASTBACK 2+2 87 TAURUS WAGON 03 F150 XLT SUPER CREW 4X4 SHORT BOX Member: PACIFIC COAST MUSTANG ASSOCIATION Member:Vancouver Island Mustang Association M&M #1710 65 FASTBACK 2003 F150 XLT SUPER CREW 4X4

This'll be fun guessing those cars! I think the first one, the 34, may be a 33 instead. The last car, the coupe with the sharp body work on hood and grille, looks like it could be a 40 Plymouth. Behind that looks like a 49-54 Chev Sedan Delivery in the process of getting chopped. You can see that it's in progress. That is first class work. Welding a roof that size is way way off the porch! First class! Behind the black duece roadster with a newer frame, is a 50 Olds Cvt with what engine??? The Studebaker Commander looks like a 55 and chopped no less!!! Sharp!!! Those "in the process oldies" are off the chart in quality work! Blown away! Glad you were able to get your car in there. Thanks for showing the pics. It was a treat! Quality of pics was great. They were really crisp! and dealt with lighting well. Could almost pick up the body shop smells!!

Looks like a Caddy Northstar (or maybe an Olds Aurora?)

Steve that is some of the coolest stuff. I go to Bonneville Speed Week every year and I get to see stuff like that. Some of them are still in the building stages but they drive them anyway. Sometimes someone brings in a vintage race car just to show it off. I really love that old stuff. The car shows with all the trailer queens put me to sleep but I go anyway because sometimes someone brings something like what you just showed us. Thanks
